Content and program

Today the challenge for wisdom driven people is to build global wisdom driven organizations. They are able to operate from wisdom that manifested within their being, while they are more efficient in the doing than current big organizations. Global wisdom driven organizations were just not possible a few years ago.

During the 2 days, Jean-François Noubel will share how this is happening now in the world, and why this is invisible to conventional world views. What does it take to participate in this pioneering adventure? What are the critical success factors? What shift in consciousness does it require? What training? What spiritual practice? What technologies? How much money does it cost? How can it be supported from the conventional world?

During the first day Jean-François will share some core concepts about collective intelligence, wisdom and consciousness. What are the different forms? How we are entangled in them without being aware? What is the role of invisible architectures?

The second day, we will see how global wisdom driven organizations grow, from the early seed to the big tree in an organic way through synchronistic dynamics. Participants will understand the crucial role of bliss, joy, integrity and sovereignty. Through dialog and inquiry, Jean-François will also help those who want to build clarity about their own journey in regards to this evolution.

In May 2008, Barbara Marx-Hubbard and Jean-François Noubel decided to retreat together. For a few days they stayed at Mount Calvary, a Benedictine Retreat House on the beautiful heights of Santa Barbara, California. The aim of their retreat was to get into deep exploration of their relationship as two human beings who have committed their lives to human evolution. Why did they feel such a deep call towards one another, beyond the external complementarity of their work? What was willing to manifest from the deepest realms of their consciousness? What did it mean in the evolutionary perspective in regards to what they serve together?

At the source of the external expression of their work, they discovered the joy of being together. This bliss of union seemed to be the source of an infinite potential of creation in the evolutionary context. Evolution is not just the next iteration built on past and present events, it is a co-creation of consciousness in motion, in which joy and bliss play a catalyzing role. Barbara and Jean-François recognized the he and she as the generative source for celebration and evolution beyond physical life. What Barbara calls 'suprasex'.

Barbara comes with a whole lifetime of path opening, of voicing and pioneering evolution and planting its seeds in every consciousness; in the continuity of Theilard de Chardin and Aurobindo. Jean-François comes with the commitment to support the emergence of global wisdom driven organizations. These were not even possible a few years ago due to the lack of appropriate technologies. One of these technologies is the building of the next currency system.
