Being Essence

We are a group of people driven by the passion and dedication for
Global Collective Intelligence (GCI) and human emergence. We are
seekers, in their journey for becoming a wisdom-driven organization.
Interested in higher development beyond the personal, within a constant
process of creative friction.
Big changes always happen with very small things. As human beings we
started with one cell and that cell was a stem cell. Being essence as
an organization calls itself a stem cell. We have the intention of
creating new social DNA, which might be expressed in memes rather than
genes. With the proper settings in our dynamics, in our growth process,
in other words, in our being and our intention we are creating
something that looks like a DNA at the meme level.
It is a critical condition that our collective body is made of this new
social DNA, in the understanding that we are not the source but the
recipients of this evolution all the time.
When the conditions are in place new stem cells will multiply from that
original stem cell and will transform themselves into specialized
cells, which later will become a leader cell in their own purpose and
expertise.
What we do?
We provide each other with the context of serious profound inquiry in all levels of our being in a integral way (all quadrants, lines, states – see AQAL
).We practice with the Global Collective Intelligence tenets as a road map for our development. Thus we engage in language, distinctions, wealth, social contracts, personal development, socialware and relate to our object-links as art objects which bring us closer to our vision and cultivates mastery and wealth within our stem cell.
We understand we are a 'Learning organization' and thus we engage in the question of how to provide ourselves with a sustainable, unified learning field.
In this process of being we are aware of our responsibility for designing, identifying, creating, trying out tools and practices to help other organizations in building higher consciousness. Our aspiration is to cover all domains necessary to support the evolution inside organizations, from vision building to technology design, from reactivating wisdom to connecting it to competitiveness.
We passionately engage with each other and our vision. We are seeking to be driven by overflowingness, abundance of wealth and not scarcity, lack or motivation for lowest needs.
Currently we take care of our 'becoming' and are in the creation of a plan that will allow us to move towards the first part of our vision (Being a wisdom-driven organization) and allow for our sustainability. We take care of our integrity by being committed and disciplined in our practice, creating spaces for vision, cultivating our values, our relation to truth and the capacity of the group to be in the fire.
All of this comes from our spiritual impulse to create the future!
How are we currently manifesting?
During the last two years we engaged in building the 'Vision for the future of the IMCP
and the accounting profession for the XXI century'. It is the first
shared vision of its kind in Latin America, where hundreds of people
participated in its design. The IMCP is a federation conformed by 63
associations and major corporations in Mexico like PriceWater house
cooper, Deloitte, Mancera etc.For this shared vision building we used 'collective intelligence' social technologies like World Café, open space and appreciative inquiry, as well as innovative ones like presencing and Scenario building. )During 2006 we began to work with The Transitioner
in the pursue of its mission. We are engaging in a creative way and
dancing together in the GCI field and the thrive of a community of
